What can the Minister do?
The Minister has the power to replace a decision of Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) to a more favourable decision if it is in the public interest to do so. This includes the AAT, the Migration Review Tribunal and the Refugee Review Tribunal.
What is needed for Ministerial Intervention?
There must be unique and exceptional circumstances including compassionate grounds, economic and cultural benefits to Australia if you remain and circumstances outside your control.
At Visa Appeals, we will provide relevant information and evidence about your circumstances and why they are unique and exceptional.
